You get a dedicated supervisor, work on projects for real clients and see how a small agency combines branding, web, SEO and marketing. Want to graduate on a topic like AI search or GEO? We’d love to help shape it.

What you bring
- You study at a university of applied sciences or a university, for example communication, marketing, media or design
- You’re looking for an internship of preferably at least three months, or a graduation placement
- You write fluent Dutch
- You’re curious about AI tools and like working with them

How much is the internship allowance?
€400 per month for a full-time internship. If you intern fewer days, you receive a pro rata allowance. You also get a company laptop and our AI tools, just like the rest of the team, and we’ll sort out the internship agreement with your school together.
Can I do my graduation project at Odyssee?
Yes. Together we find a topic that fits your programme and our work, such as visibility in AI search engines, and you get access to real data. Your supervisor helps shape your research design, is the contact for your tutor, and we align the planning with your programme’s deadlines.
When should I apply for an internship?
Ideally three to six months before your preferred start date. That gives us time to meet and design a good assignment. Graduation projects often start in February or September; if you want to start sooner, apply anyway, as there’s sometimes room.
What does hybrid working at Odyssee look like?
You spend your first month at the office in Edge Coolsingel, so you get to know the team, the clients and how we work quickly. After that, you decide where you work. At the office you sit with the team and clients regularly drop by, so if you’d like to come in more often, there’s always a desk for you.
Where is Odyssee’s office?
From 1 November 2026 we work from a brand-new office at Edge Coolsingel, Coolsingel 70 in the heart of Rotterdam. The building is within walking distance of Rotterdam Centraal and next to Beurs metro station, so it’s easy to reach by public transport. Until then, you’ll find us at Beursplein 37.
How long do you keep my data?
Up to three months after you apply. If you give permission, we keep your details for a year for future vacancies. Your CV is stored in a protected environment only we can access, and if you’d like everything deleted sooner, we’ll do it right away.
