All-round Marketer
Clients want their marketing to simply run: posts that go live on time, a website that’s up to date and a newsletter that actually goes out. You make that happen, keep the overview and are the familiar face for the client.
You work closely with our content, photography and design makers, and with the SEO & GEO specialist. They create; you make sure it goes live for the right client at the right time.
What you’ll do

Social media and content
Build content calendars, plan and publish posts and short videos, and respond to the community. For clients and for Odyssee itself.

Website management and email
Update WordPress sites, publish new content, and build and send newsletters.

Client contact and project coordination
The first point of contact for clients: pick up questions, guard the planning and make sure deadlines are met.
What you bring
- At least one year of online marketing experience; internships and own projects count
- You write fluent, error-free Dutch
- Bachelor’s or master’s level of thinking
- You have experience with WordPress
- You use AI tools to work faster and critically check the output
- You’re organised and keep your promises
A plus: Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, editing short videos, or tools such as Mailchimp and Brevo.

At 16–24 hours: €1,080 – €2,040 gross per month, plus 8% holiday allowance.

Which clients will I work for?
Clients from very different sectors, such as NLO, Restaurant Héroïne and PEX Detachering. You look after several clients at once, each with its own tone of voice and channels. That way you learn to switch quickly and see many different markets up close.
Can I work for Odyssee as a freelancer?
Yes. The SEO & GEO specialist and all-round marketer roles are open to both employees and freelancers. For employment we state a salary range; with freelancers we agree an hourly rate in the first conversation. Freelancers work under a service agreement and invoice monthly. Just state your preference in the form and we’ll work out the rest together.
What will I earn at Odyssee?
As an SEO & GEO specialist €3,000 – €4,000 gross per month on a full-time basis, as an all-round marketer €2,700 – €3,400. You receive this pro rata to your hours, plus 8% holiday allowance. Interns receive €400 per month for a full-time internship. Where you land within the range depends on your experience and on what you show in the case assignment. Freelancers agree an hourly rate in the first conversation.
What does hybrid working at Odyssee look like?
You spend your first month at the office in Edge Coolsingel, so you get to know the team, the clients and how we work quickly. After that, you decide where you work. At the office you sit with the team and clients regularly drop by, so if you’d like to come in more often, there’s always a desk for you.
Do I need to send a CV?
Yes, as a PDF or Word file of up to 5 MB. You’re welcome to add a LinkedIn profile or portfolio. We don’t ask about your current salary. No up-to-date CV? A PDF export of your LinkedIn profile is fine too; we mostly care about what you’ve done and how you think.
How long do you keep my data?
Up to three months after you apply. If you give permission, we keep your details for a year for future vacancies. Your CV is stored in a protected environment only we can access, and if you’d like everything deleted sooner, we’ll do it right away.
